We ship from warehouses in the US, UK and Netherlands so your order reaches you fast and clears local customs without a fuss.

Costs
Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Under $75, we charge a flat $7.95. Express options are shown at checkout.
Tracking
The moment your order leaves the warehouse you'll get an email with tracking. If anything looks weird en route, reply to that email and we'll chase it for you.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any Whitzoo product. We refund in full and cover return shipping in the US, UK and EU.
How to return
- Email returns@whitzoo.com with your order number.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Box it up (the original packaging is great if you have it, but not required).
- Drop it at your nearest carrier point.
- Refund hits your card 3–5 business days after we receive it.
Warranty
Every Whitzoo device comes with a 2-year warranty starting from the day it arrives. If anything goes wrong, email warranty@whitzoo.com with a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement.
Damaged in transit?
Take a quick photo of the box and the damage and email it to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send out a replacement immediately and handle the carrier complaint on our end.
