Do these devices actually help?
Most customers tell us yes — for everyday muscle tension, post-workout soreness, and stress-related tightness. They're designed for relaxation and recovery, not as medical treatment. If you have a specific health condition, talk to your doctor before using.
Which one should I get first?
If your neck and shoulders take the brunt: the Decompression Massager. If you want something portable: the Neck & Shoulder Massager. If you deal with cramps, lower back tension or post-workout core soreness: the Relief Belt Pro.
How long does each session last?
15 minutes for the Decompression and Neck & Shoulder Massagers (auto-off). 30 minutes for the Relief Belt Pro. Most customers do one or two sessions a day.
Are they noisy?
All three run under 55dB. Quiet enough to use while watching a movie or working. The Relief Belt is the quietest at under 45dB.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship?
US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. Free shipping on orders over $75.
How long does shipping take?
3–7 business days in the US, UK and EU. 5–10 business days for Canada and Australia. Tracking is sent the moment your order ships.
Can I return it if I don't love it?
Yes. 30 days from delivery, full refund, free return shipping.
What if my device breaks?
Two-year warranty on every device. Email us, send a photo or video, and we'll replace it.
Care & safety
How do I clean my device?
All covers wipe clean with a damp cloth. The neck & shoulder cover and the belt's inner mesh are removable and machine washable on cold. Don't submerge electronic parts in water.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Many of our customers use them during pregnancy and find them comforting. Every body is different, so please check with your healthcare provider first.
Can children use them?
Our devices are made for adults. We don't recommend them for kids under 14.
